At Tian Yi, our management team has been in the manufacturing industry since 2004. We have completed set of blow-mold machines that can produce items as small as decoy heads; and items as large as a 26 inch goose decoy. Our Painting Department consists of 2 painting lines which allow us to paint two different species of decoys at the same time.

Over the years, we have grown from one to two factories. With our original 30,000 sq.ft., 3 stories facility. We divided the three level building into three main divisions. The first-floor have been setup for blow-mold operation, plastic products are being produced and separated by category in large storage bins. The second-floor is sub-divided for management, operation and packaging. Our Third-floor is dedicated for painting decoys; with a separated room just for flocking decoy heads & bodies, we also have a heating booth for drying flocked items.

Our second facility which consist of 150,000 sq.ft. space completed 4 years ago, it is a single level building and it make producing decoys a lot more effiecient. This location allow us to increase our manufacturing capacity, fully equiped to build decoys of any size, everything can be done under one roof.

Our workers are well trained for their task at hand, and the QA managers check those decoys in every step of the way during the production period. We can produce one 40 ft container of decoys per week.
